Welcome to oceanandearthwellness.com ("the Site"), operated by Ocean & Earth Wellness ("we," "us," "our"), based in Bocas del Toro, Panama. By using this Site or booking a retreat, session, or training with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services
Ocean & Earth Wellness offers wellness retreats, Reiki sessions (including animal Reiki), sound baths, massage, and Reiki training. Descriptions, pricing, and availability on the Site are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may change without notice.

2. Bookings & Payment
Bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received via the payment method we provide. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for deposit and refund terms.

3. Assumption of Risk
Our retreats may include physical activities such as hiking, snorkeling, boat travel, and time near wild animals and natural water features. Participation in these and all wellness sessions (including Reiki, sound baths, and massage) is voluntary and at your own risk. You confirm that you are physically able to participate and will disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, or concerns to us in advance.

4. Health Disclaimer
Reiki, sound baths, massage, and similar offerings are complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care. Please consult your doctor before participating if you have any medical concerns.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ocean & Earth Wellness is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our retreats, sessions, or trainings, except where caused by our gross negligence.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (text, images, branding) is the property of Ocean & Earth Wellness and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Panama.
