Cancellation & Refund Policy

To secure your spot on a retreat, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the retreat start date.

**If you cancel:**
- 60 or more days before the retreat start date: You'll receive a full refund of any payments made, minus the 50% deposit.
- Fewer than 60 days before the retreat start date: Payments made (including the deposit) are non-refundable.
- Can't make it? You're welcome to transfer your spot to someone else at any time before the retreat begins — just let us know who's taking your place so we can update their information.

Ocean & Earth Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to low enrollment, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather). In that case, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future retreat date.

We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances (illness, flight cancellations, etc.).
