The All-Inclusive Experience
Your investment covers every single detail of your seven-day journey. Your week includes six nights of private nature-reserve accommodations, all nourishing, chef-prepared meals daily, five days of fully guided excursions, and specialized equipment. To deeply support your personal restoration, your stay also includes a private, one-on-one wellness session of your choice with your hosts—allowing you to choose an immersive massage, a gentle reiki offering, or a restorative spa service. All park entrance fees, reserve permits, and roundtrip transfers from Bocas Town are completely taken care of, leaving you entirely free to immerse yourself in the experience.

A 50% deposit secures your spot. Cancel 60+ days before the retreat and you'll receive a full refund minus your deposit. We're also happy to transfer your spot to a future retreat instead, if that works better for you.

Retreat days move at an easy, unhurried pace — mornings start slowly with coffee or tea in nature, followed by a group session, breakfast, and a daytime activity. Afternoons are yours to relax or spend one-on-one time with your host, and evenings bring dinner together and a closing ceremony. Every day looks a little different, but the rhythm is always slow and intentional.

Absolutely — retreats are single occupancy by default, so you'll have your own private space and quiet time throughout your stay. Want to bring a friend or loved one and share a room instead? Just let us know and we can discuss shared-room pricing.

No dress code — think light, breathable clothing for hot, humid weather with a chance of rain. Bring a swimsuit, rash guard, sandals, and a solid pair of running or hiking shoes for excursions. A light rain jacket and reusable water bottle are good calls too. We'd also suggest a hat and a small day bag for outings — we recommend rash guards for sun protection rather than sunscreen, since sunscreen chemicals can damage the reef.
